Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from your profile settings at any time. You'll keep your benefits until the end of the current billing period — no partial charges.
How does the gender filter work?
With Plus or Premium, you can choose to only be matched with male or female users. The filter relies on the gender each user sets in their profile. Meet Safe does not verify stated gender.
What does priority matching do?
Premium members are placed at the front of the matching queue, meaning shorter wait times and faster connections. During busy periods this can cut wait time significantly.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. Meet Safe never sees or stores your card details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
